By eating an appetizer, you will be tempted to eat less; a light salad and/or a light dessert can cut caloric intake in the long run because these foods fill you up the fastest. As long as you dont deprive yourself from a little junk food on an occasional basis, you’ll be less tempted to binge on the crap later.
Ever wonder why French people can eat pure junk and not get fat? There ya go…limit your serving sizes and it’s ok to eat a little junk.
