9 “Must Know” Health Ideas

Here’s a few basics to practice everyday…a quick list of 9 health tips everybody needs to know to stay on track for a great body and healthy life:

1. move often; move as much as you can…take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk or ride a bike instead of drive. You get the point

2. cut fatty foods; avoid fast food, junk food, and greasy things within balancing reason

3. quit smoking; smoking decreases life expectancy, lung capacity, and blood circulation…kick the butts

4. reduce your stress; a stressful life can lead to serious implications and unhealthy side effects

5. protect against pollution; try to stay inside when the air is bad, don’t inhale paint or toxins, and plant lots of plants

6. wear your seatbelt; buckle up for a better chance of survival

7. floss more; the build-up of plaque on your gums and between your teeth can actually lead to heart disease when plaque breaks off and is swallowed…eww

8. stop drinking lots of booze; over-consumption of alcohol will put you in your grave before you’re sober enough to know what’s going on

9. stay positive; a healthy outlook on life leads to a healthy life itself…look on the bright side!
